Questionnaires - an overview

Introduction

Questionnaires is a feature of reservie that allows you to define questionnaire forms that clients should complete during the checkout process.

Once a questionnaire has been completed, their answers are stored for the period of time and are available within their account information.

Using questionnaires

Before a questionnaire can be completed by a client, there are two basic steps:

• Define a questionnaire - this defines the questions that the client must answer as a condition of sale.
• Associated to a schedule - schedules are automated timetables that the customer uses to complete their bookings. To allow a customer to complete a questionnaire, it must be associated or attached to a schedule. This offers a powerful approach allowing different questionnaires to be associated to multiple schedules.
