Customer Portal Overview
Learn how your customers access their bookings, passes, and account information through the reservie customer portal.
Overview
Reservie provides a customer-facing portal where your customers can log in, view their bookings, manage passes, and update their account details. The portal is accessed through your unique reservie address.
Customer access
Your customer portal is available at your unique reservie address:
https://your-site.reservie.net
For example, if your unique identifier is yoga-with-bob, your customers would access the portal at https://yoga-with-bob.reservie.net.
You can find and configure your unique address in Settings > Configuration under “Unique reservie address”.
How customers register
When a customer makes their first booking, an account is automatically created for them. They receive login details by email (unless you have customised the registration notification). Customers can then log in to the portal to manage their account.
If a customer forgets their password, they can use the “Forgotten your password?” link on the login page to reset it.
What customers can do
Once logged in, customers have access to the following sections:

| Dashboard | An overview of upcoming and past bookings |
| Credits | View any credits available on their account for booking events |
| Passes | View purchased passes, including credits remaining and expiry dates |
| Payment Methods | Register or manage credit/debit cards on file for payments |
| Account Information | Update username and password |
Managing customers from the admin panel
As an administrator, you can view and manage your customers from Customers in the sidebar menu. This includes viewing customer profiles, booking history, and managing groups. See Customer Manager for details.
