Questionnaires - Viewing Responses

Learn how to view questionnaire answers provided by customers within the customer management area.

Overview

Once a customer has completed a questionnaire, their answers are stored and accessible through the customer management area. You can view responses for any customer who has completed a questionnaire.

Viewing a customer’s answers

To access questionnaire responses for a specific customer:

  1. Navigate to Customers > Management from the sidebar menu.
  2. Find the customer using the search or by browsing the list.
  3. Click the Manage button for the customer.
  4. The customer panel will display their details. Scroll to the questionnaire section to see any completed questionnaires.
  5. Click View to see the customer’s answers.

What you can see

For each completed questionnaire, you can view:

  • The name of the questionnaire
  • When it was completed
  • All questions and the customer’s answers
  • Any responses marked as Important (flagged during questionnaire setup)

Answer retention

Questionnaire answers are retained for the period specified when the questionnaire was created (e.g. 12 months, 2 years). After this period, the answers are automatically removed and the customer will be asked to complete the questionnaire again during their next checkout.

Important responses

When creating a questionnaire, individual options within multiple choice and checkbox questions can be marked as Important. This is useful for flagging responses that require attention — for example, if a customer indicates they have a health condition that may affect their participation.

Important responses are highlighted when viewing the customer’s answers, making it easy to identify any items that may need follow-up.
