Questionnaires are presented to customers during the checkout process immediately prior to payment as part of a v4 schedule checkout.
Introduction
Questionnaires is a feature of reservie that allows you to define questionnaire forms that clients should complete during the checkout process.
Once a questionnaire has been completed, their answers are stored for the period of time and available within their account information.
Customer’s experience
The questionnaires can only be used as part of a v4 schedule checkout. They are presented during the checkout process immediately prior to payment.
The questionnaire presented is of course dependent upon questions defined.
Once the questions have been answered the information is stored in the customer’s account and available for viewing.
