Questionnaires - viewing customer's answers

Introduction

Questionnaires is a feature of reservie that allows you to define questionnaire forms that clients should complete during the checkout process.

Once a questionnaire has been completed, their answers are stored for the period of time and available within their account information.

Viewing answers

Answers provided by a customer are accessible within the customer manager. To access the questions completed by a customer complete the following steps:

Step 1: Select Customers -> Management

Step 2: Find customer and click the ‘Manage’ button

Step 3: The customer panel will now display - scroll to the bottom where you will see any answered questionnaires

Upon clicking the view button, you will see the answered questions.
