Managing Event Registrations
Learn how to view and manage event registrations, attendees, waiting lists, and booking actions.
Overview
The event register is where you manage bookings for a specific event date. It shows who has booked, who is on the waiting list, cancelled bookings, and emails sent.
To access the register, go to Services > Events, click the Dates button on an event to expand its dates, then click View Register on the date you want to manage.

Register header
The top of the register displays:
- Event name and date/time with timezone
- Action buttons: Back, Edit Event, Print, CSV, PDF, Book Customer, Contact

Register tabs
The register has four tabs:
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| Attendees | Customers who have booked and confirmed for this date |
| Waiting List | Customers on the waiting list (when the event is full) |
| Cancelled | Bookings that have been cancelled |
| Emails Sent | History of emails sent to attendees for this event date |
Each tab shows a count of entries in parentheses.
Stats
Below the tabs, three summary stats are displayed:

| Total Attendees | Number of confirmed bookings |
| Capacity | Maximum number of places available |
| Available Spaces | Remaining places (Capacity minus Total Attendees) |
Attendees table
The attendees table shows all confirmed bookings with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Customer | Customer name (linked to their profile) and email address |
| Type | The booking type (e.g. Booker) |
| Ticket Type | The ticket option selected (e.g. “1 place”) |
| Payment Method | How the booking was paid — Cash, Card, or pass credits (CR). Card payments show the amount charged. |
| Booking Date | When the booking was made |
| Attended | A toggle to mark whether the customer attended |
| Actions | Menu with Transfer, Cancel, and Refund options |
Payment states
The State column shows the payment status:
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| Manual | Booking was made manually (e.g. by the admin, or cash payment) |
| Completed | Payment was completed successfully |
| Cancelled | The booking has been cancelled |
| Package | The booking was paid using a pass |
Completed payments made via Stripe display a Stripe icon next to the state.
Booking actions
From the action menu on each booking:

| Transfer | Move this booking to a different event date |
| Cancel | Cancel this booking |
| Refund | Issue a refund (only available for Stripe payments) |
Booking a customer manually
Click Book Customer to manually register a customer for this event date. This is useful when taking bookings on behalf of a customer — for example, over the phone or in person.
Contacting attendees
Click Contact to send a message to all attendees for this event date. This opens a dropdown with messaging options.
