Embedding Your Schedule

Learn how to add your Reservie schedule to your website using the hosted page link or by embedding the schedule widget directly.

Overview

Once you have created and configured a schedule, the next step is to make it accessible to your customers. Reservie provides two options:

  1. Hosted page — A standalone page hosted by Reservie that you can link to from your website, social media, or emails.
  2. Embedded widget — HTML code that you paste into your website to display the schedule directly on a page.

Using a hosted schedule page

The hosted page is the simplest option. It provides a direct link to a Reservie-hosted page showing your schedule. This is ideal if:

  • You use social media (Facebook, Instagram) as your primary presence
  • Your website builder does not support embedding custom HTML
  • You want a quick setup without modifying your website

To get the hosted page link:

  1. Navigate to Schedules from the sidebar menu.
  2. Find your schedule in the list.
  3. Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column.
  4. Select Code to open the widget options.
  5. Choose Hosted Page and copy the provided link.

You can share this link anywhere — on your website, in emails, or on social media.

Embedding the schedule on your website

For a more integrated experience, you can embed the schedule directly into a page on your website. This displays the timetable as part of your site’s design.

To get the embed code:

  1. Navigate to Schedules from the sidebar menu.
  2. Find your schedule in the list.
  3. Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column.
  4. Select Code to open the widget options.
  5. Copy the HTML code provided.
  6. Paste the code into your website where you want the schedule to appear.

Website builder guides

The method for embedding HTML varies by website platform:

PlatformMethod
WordPressUse the Custom HTML block in the block editor, or a plugin like “Insert Headers and Footers”
SquarespaceUse the Code Block element
WixUse the HTML iFrame element
GoDaddyUse the HTML section in the website builder

Tip: For best results, use a full-width page template so the schedule has maximum space to display.

Troubleshooting

  • Schedule appears blank — New schedules can take a short time to generate. If no events appear, check that you have events associated with the correct categories (if using category filters) and that the events have future dates.
  • Schedule looks cramped — Try embedding the schedule on a full-width page or adjusting your website’s content area width.
  • Events not showing — Verify that the Events toggle is enabled in the schedule’s Display options. Also check that your events are published and have upcoming dates within the configured number of weeks.
