Managing Schedule Registrations

Learn how to manage registrations for events published through your Reservie schedule. Access registers, view participants, and track attendance.

Overview

When events are published via a Reservie schedule and customers book into them, the registrations are managed in the same way as standard events. Each event date within a schedule has its own register, providing a definitive list of customers registered for that session.

Viewing registrations

To view registrations for events published through your schedule:

  1. Navigate to Services > Events from the sidebar menu.
  2. Locate the event using the Course view or Daily view.
  3. Click on the event to view its details.
  4. Select the specific date and view the register to see all registered participants.

Managing participants

From the event register you can:

  • View registered customers — See all customers who have booked into the event date.
  • Contact participants — Reach out to registered customers directly.
  • Track attendance — Mark customers as attended or not attended.
  • Add customers manually — Book customers into the event using cash, pass credits, or stored payment methods.

Schedule-specific considerations

When managing registrations for scheduled events, keep the following in mind:

Recurring eventsEach occurrence has its own independent register. Managing one date does not affect others.
CapacityThe number of spaces is defined during event setup. The schedule widget automatically shows availability to customers.
Waiting listsIf enabled during event setup, customers can join a waiting list when a session is full. They are notified automatically when a space opens.
Pass redemptionIf the event supports pass payments, customers can use their pass credits when booking through the schedule.
Multiple placesIf enabled in the schedule’s Restrictions settings, customers can book more than one place per event.
Booking on behalfIf enabled in the schedule’s Restrictions settings, customers can book for other people.

Notifications

Reservie automatically sends notifications to customers for the following:

  • Purchase confirmation — Sent when a customer books into an event.
  • Event reminder — Sent before the event commences.
  • Cancellation notification — Sent if a customer’s booking is cancelled.
  • Waiting list notification — Sent when a space becomes available on a previously full event.

Notification settings can be configured from Notifications in the sidebar menu.
