Customer Management Overview
An overview of the customer management tools available to view, organise, and manage your customer records.
Overview
The Customer Manager provides a central place to view and manage all your customer records. From here you can browse your customer list, view individual customer details and activity, create new customers, organise customers into groups, and transfer bookings between events.
Customer management is accessed from Customers in the sidebar menu, which has three sections:

Key features
Customer list
The main Manage page displays all your customers in a searchable, sortable table with Active and Archived tabs. Each entry shows the customer’s name, email address, and contact number.
Customer details
Clicking into a customer record shows their full profile, including a 12-month sales activity chart and a tabbed manager section covering:
- Bookings — All event bookings
- Appointments — Appointment history
- Passes — Assigned passes
- Videos — Video on demand purchases
- Subscriptions — Active subscription mandates
- Questionnaires — Completed questionnaire responses
- Notes — Internal notes about the customer
- Account — Account management including archive and merge customer
Customer groups
Groups allow you to organise customers into named collections — for example, by class or membership tier. Groups can be used across other features in Reservie.
Customer transfer
The transfer tool lets you move a customer’s booking from one event date to another, selecting new pricing as needed.
